...instantly an automatic thought-feeling-reaction came.

That thought-feeling-reaction seemed instant...

That moment is incredibly valuable!

It contains the key to inner freedom.

When we notice that gap...

And hold our attention there...

It expands...

Staying there...

A pause - a breath - an opportunity.

An opportunity to save ourselves from habitual reactions and behaviour that cause endless trouble, pain and suffering.


The simple inner noticing of that moment...

Of staying empty...

Watching thought-feeling and reaction subside...

Noticing the empty space a little longer...

And feeling the peace arise...

We relax...

...and respond with calm and reason.
